“We travel to Metapán to visit family and usually have a fairly large group (7-10 people). We have rented Nelson's house twice now and plan do so each time we travel to Metapán. It is a beautiful, spacious house that is always clean and well kept. It has a garage large enough to accommodate the 16-person van that we rent. The fenced outdoor area is great for relaxing and the balconies offer great views of Metapán and Montecristo. Nelson is a great host - responsive to messages and the check……

“Family friendly, very nice and clean”

“Everything was very clean, the only thing is ace unit is only in living room, not in the rooms . it took like 3 hours to cool down the property. Still they will get from me 4 stars ⭐️ 👍”

“The host is very commutative and answers questions fast, also our flight was delayed due to severe weather and didn’t arrive at the property until after 1am and the host was still waiting for us at the property to greet us and hand us the keys. The property is located close to downtown Santa Ana on the quieter side of town. It also has a mango and banana tree which is a plus for shade and it was mango season .”

“The house is big, very nice place ”

“This is THE spot to be when visiting Chalchuapa. My family and I stayed here for a week, and were welcomed by a very attentive and inviting duo; Toney (the host) and Noe (the property manager). They were quick to respond any inquiries we had. The house is well-stocked with most of the essentials. El Salvador is hot all year round, but this place has you covered with air conditioning! Some things to note: there is a washing machine onsite, but no detergent is provided. The property sits next to a……

“Very nice and friendly people!”

“We stayed here for 7 days as a family of six and would rate our experience 3.5–4 out of 5. The home was clean, cozy, well-equipped, and in a great location. If the two main-floor bedrooms had A/C, I would have given this property 5 stars. There are four bedrooms—two upstairs and two on the main floor. The upstairs rooms had excellent A/C, but the downstairs rooms did not. The living room, dining area, and kitchen had A/C, but the unit was small for the space and had to run nearly 24/7 to keep it……
