“We were offered an upgrade in the room upon our arrival. The room was large, clean, and filled with beautiful antiques and several windows. The staff was responsive to any needs that we had. I must give kudos for the included breakfast. The vanilla Greek yogurt with fresh fruit and the house-made chocolate espresso granola made me feel like I was having a healthy dessert for breakfast.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Virginian Resort. The cabins are quaint, comfortable, and conveniently located close to town, grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations. While the cabins do show their age with older carpeting, bathroom fixtures, and tubs, they were clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially appreciated having air conditioning during the warm weather and a comfortable place to unwind after exploring the area. If you're looking for a simple, affordable……

“It is a cute place, be ready for a more rustic experience as far as bathrooms and washrooms go. The only thing I didn’t like is that it was a very flimsy lock, and we were the only ones on property for most the stay with spotty cell phone service. That part didn’t feel safe. If there were on site help or other campers around I think I would have felt more safe.”

“My stay was not good, for the price I paid I should of had a little better of a stay.. staff was not helpful, housekeeping didn't come around to give clean towels and the blanket and comforter both on the bed had a nasty musty/pee smell and when I went to the front desk to ask for different ones, I was told housekeeping had left for the day and front desk "didn't have keys" for the clean linen closet that the housekeeper took it with her so I had to "deal" with the stinky blankets and no clean……
