"The best hospitality I have ever experienced. They love children. When we checked in the staff was so welcoming and helpful finding us a place to eat dinner. We checked in late afternoon and there was a woman working. She was so kind and wanted to make our stay positive and memorable. It’s hard to find this good of customer service nowadays."

"This cabin is very clean and the communication was excellent. This place would be fine for a weekend stay but we had an extended 3 week stay due to moving. It was a challenge with a tiny fridge, no stove or oven and a small kitchen sink. We were aware of this before booking it but our options were limited. It was bery convenient with our dogs and the neighborhood was great, I just dont feel like this is conducive for an extended stay. If we had to stay in Ketchikan again for a day or 2 we would definitely stay here again. "

"Hottel Gal was very unhelpful, I got in early requested to check in early and was told I couldn't when i checked the internet site it showed that she could have checked me in. I ended up sitting in lobby for 4 hours. Overall, the place was not very well kept. Room was rundown, and musty. Bathroom hasn't been fixed up in a decade, lots of stains and worn-out floors, tub, and room in general was low budget. Very noisy, from guests, car alarms going off. Was the worst place I have stayed in a long time. "
