“Thebhotel and room were dated and room air-conditioning was poor. The sink in the hand bath was blocked and water ran slow. Toom is a bit dark. For almost 500 pounds a night i woild stay in the Premium inn next”

“The staff was so accommodating as we arrived at 7am and check in not until 3pm. They offered us breakfastand parking. Agnes, the owner, lovely as well as the other members of the staff. The room and lodge immaculate. Just a lovely place to stay and walking distance to many sights.”

“The entire Number 31 team was excellent and the hotel was beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights (we had to extend our stay by a night and were able to do so easily) and the nights we were there we had the most restful sleep. The breakfasts in the morning were something to look forward to, and the common spaces were beautiful and comfortable. And the staff went above and beyond to make our time in Dublin great. “Comfortable room with all the basic necessities in place. Friendly owner and staff. Close to bus stop for buses that take you to city centre. While the DART station is slightly far away, it’s a nice 20-minute walk in the neighbourhood (and through a lovely little park). I was spoilt by the delicious breakfast every morning! ”
