「Great hotel! Clean modern hotel with extremely friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Lots of restaurants and stores in tbe area. I highy recommend others to stay at this hotel.」

「Excellent staff, extremely courteous. Breakfast is excellent with courteous and attentive staff. Delicious options to choose from. Room are roomy, very clean to include the waterfal shower. The A/C is extremely cold. Hotel does not offer free/ complementary coffee and coffee is very expensive to get a cup. Overall great stay.」

「Todo el personal muy amable y colaborador. Desayuno tipo buffet delicioso y variado. En general muy buena experiencia. Dos puntos que no me gustaron: 1) la cama tenía el colchón muy duro en una de las camas 2) nos pidieron un depósito de $200.000 reembolsable en el check out "por si al salir se perdía algo o se consumía del minibar" es la primera vez que nos piden un depósito, y realmente es ofensivo para los huéspedes 」

「Me gustó que la habitación era bien espaciosa, el área de la piscina era muy bonita, el baño era.bien grande, cómodo y la decoración muy bien lograda. No me gustó mucho el desayuno, muchas opciones, todo se veía fresco pero los sabores muy simples y la comida que debía de estar caliente estaba fría.」

「I think this is a very good hotel , Ms Tais in the front desk is very helpful, all stuff speak very good english, the only worry for a traveler is that there is no mini-bar inside of the room, but you can get everything you need at front desk. I didnt find nice restaurants near by.」

「Great hotel and isolated from all the bus hassle. Parking is available! Hotel must improve on placing sand anti-slip stickers on shower floors. I almost fell. I advised management to execute that job. Breakfast was great. They offered to make me freshly made eggs! All staff were great and respectful!」

「we travel from Bogota sonesta to Barranquilla sonesta, when we arrive, the lobby is good, room is good, but we can smell something like mildew, but not so strong. The location is at the north part of the city, 15 minutes walking to the mall, there is a asia bar at the lobby but only open after 4pm, they have good sushi. there is also an Italian restaurant in the same building of the hotel, right in front of Subway, food there is really nice too. 「I found the historical part of the hotel intriguing and the architecture. The staff amazing. Our room had bathroom sink that did not drain well and the bathtub was not working well. Shower valve was damaged an it took them 2 days to figure out that they wanted to change the room. We were excessively charged for the airport transport compared to the usual fare at other times. Hotel management reported that they only hired the services that they were not connected to the charges. The hotel...
