Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon in top Zustand. Das Frühstück wurde an einem Morgen alternativ in der angrenzenden Bäckerei angeboten und war sehr umfangreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Initial gab's ein wenig Verwirrung, weil wir unser Gepäck nach Absprache schon vor dem Check-In im Zimmer deponiert hatten und das Zimmer deswegen irrtümlich nicht gereinigt wurde. Wurde aber nach Rückfrage unsererseits schnell und kompetent gelöst. Alles topp!

Enttäuscht

1. Sehr heißes Wetter, im Zimmer(oberste Etage)keine Klimaanlage. 2. Um 17.00 Uhr alles geschlossen, es gibt nichts zu essen, nichts zu trinken. Kein Personal, ok, aber man könnte sich um seine Gäste ja insoweit kümmern als man Ihnen Tips zu Restaurants o. ä. gibt. Wenigstens einen Getränkeautomaten könnte man irgendwo hinstellen(die augenbl. Misere wird ja nicht kurzfristig sein).

Voller Überraschungen - und nicht nur guten

Voller Überraschungen - und nicht nur guten Zuerst das Positive. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Zimmer war groß genug mit 2 Stühle und einem modernen Bad. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Nun zum Rest. Das Einchecken war schnell und mit wenigen Worten erledigt. Ich füllte das Formular aus und bekam den Schlüssel und ab ins Zimmer. Mettlach ist eine sehr kleine Stadt mit nur ein paar Möglichkeiten zum Abendessen. Wir entschieden uns, im Hotelrestaurant zu essen. Es scheint, dass Fleisch der Hauptbestandteil des Menüs ist, was in Ordnung war. Es war vor den Weihnachtsferien, so dass viele Partys gefeiert wurden. Es war eine lustige Atmosphäre. Das führte dazu, dass einige Gäste nachts in ihre Zimmer zurückkehrten und wir merkten, dass die Wände nicht sehr dick sind. Nun gut, ab zum Frühstück. Das Restaurant war geschlossen und wir wurden in die Bäckerei nebenan geführt. Diese war in Ordnung. Wir kehrten spät am Tag ins Hotel zurück und gingen wieder ins Hotelrestaurant. Am 2, Morgen war das Restaurant geöffnet und es gab ein tolles Buffet! Wir genossen es und gingen für den Tag aus. Als wir am Sonntag gegen 17.30 Uhr zurückkehrten, war das Hotelrestaurant geschlossen. Natürlich steht es auf einem Schild, aber nachdem wir 2 Tage im Hotel waren und zweimal dort gegessen hatten, hätte man es erwähnen können. Das einfacheres Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war wieder nebenan. All die Überraschungen hätte das Personal beim Einchecken klären können. Enttäuschend.

Perfekte Unterkunft mit tollem Restaurant

Alles perfekt nur mit dem Umverpackungsmüll beim Frühstück sollte man sich etwas einfallen lassen.
