Top Mexican Riviera Hotel Reviews

Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Resort was very clean, rooms were very nice. But staff was amazing. Mar was a personal concierge, she was great. She would text every morning with the schedule of activities for the day. And was great about making sure we didn’t need anything. She would come and say hi when we would be out and about. Definitely recommend asking for her. Service at the pool was great. We had Neto, Omar, and Freddy who took great care of us from drinks to food while enjoying the pool."

Playa Los Arcos Hotel Beach Resort & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"We had a renovated room facing to pool - looked like most rooms had balconies. The property looked just like the pictures. We were there at the end of low season so I believe it was relatively quiet. The location is great - love Zona Romantica and the Malcom. Restaurants at the property were great as well as many nearby. Our only downside was that we could not get the WiFi in our room. Otherwise - loved it!"

Hotel Tropicana - Near Olas Altas Street

8/10 Good

"We have stayed at Tropicana Hotel frequently over the last twenty years during vacations to Puerto Vallarta. The location is amazing, but the hotel is showing signs of aging. Tiles are missing from the pools. Prices per room are much higher, and the food service is just adequate. Considering the hotel is charging 40% higher prices than last time we were here, it seems like a good time to consider 3-star alternatives."
