「Room was good buy needed some repair. Staff is excellent particularly Eduardo at the entrance.
Only negative was check-in where we were given a room we had not requested. The man supervizing the front desk could not have been less helpful and told us that we would have to live with it until our room became available. Fortunately on the advice of a staff member, we went back to the front desk and the lady supervisor worked to solve our problem. She was terrific.
Otherwise we loved staying...
