We stayed in the Tucan villa, the pool was perfect and the covered deck was great on warm rainy days. The staff was super friendly and easy to connect with through What’sApp. Uvita beach is a short drive away, lots of good restaurants nearby. We stayed 12 nights and didn’t want to leave! We will definitely come back here if in Costa Rica again.」

「Thank you Jerry our Belize vacation was very relaxing and adventurous. Carlos greeted us at tropic air and took us to pick up fresh fruit, beer and fish at the grocery store and stands around town. He showed us where to get some great wine and vodka, familiarized us with town and stopped to get us fresh watermelon juice. Carlos paid for our groceries and took us to the Escape Away Beach House where Lucy was waiting for us. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear we saw the stingrays...

「We have stayed here multiple times and love the property and specially the location. The room with bunks is perfect for the kids, who enjoy playing with the canoe and the boogie boards. There are no stores nearby so make sure to bring everything that you will need. The stairway to the observatory was being repaired so we couldn't use it this time. Overall, we love it, we recommend it and we will keep coming. 」

「We recently spent ten days at Casa Alegria and it was ten days in paradise! The house was gorgeous, the view incredible and daily visits from the monkeys much to everyone's delight! Mauricio was a tremendous help with questions prior to arrival and helping to arrange transportation and activities and he checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything. Small problem with the AC in living area was dealt with immediately. I was a little unsure about having a housekeeper there all day but...

「Great property, right on the ocean but no beach access unless ya want to climb some rocks down. Awesome views, restaurants close by. Wifi worked for the phones but couldnt get any tv to work with, had to tether my cell to the roku, otherwise I would def go back, rooms are very big and the decoration is great. Full kitchen too. 」

「We had an amazing time, wonderful family memories, excellent food and excellent hosts!」

「Everything was awesome. Jonathan was a huge help and very responsive if we experienced any issues. Lorena prepared delicious dinners and kept the house in great shape. Only thing I would share is that the beach is rocky and not conducive for snorkeling or even swimming. The walk to town from the beach is beautiful but further than you think - better to take the road which is much quicker and also lovely. Would definitely stay here again!
