"The property is located directly on the beach in a beautiful location. Unfortunately love bug remains were everywhere which was pretty disgusting. Coffee was supposed to be available in the morning but it was never available in the lobby."

"Beautiful. Close walk to the beach. Quick to communicate back with any questions. We loved the rooftop deck. Close to everything we needed. View of water was best from the rooftop. Slight view of water from the deck and window. However, it did not take away from our stay at all. We loved it"

"Absolutely exceptional stay! The home is beautiful, spotless, and in a safe, calm area. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, from the well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms to all three decks.The pool was beautiful and clean, and there were plenty of beach chairs and floats to enjoy. The beach was clean and beautifully maintained, with very few people around. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, the nearby bars and restaurants, and shopping in Port St. Joe. We would happily stay here again!"

"Love bug season created an awful mess. New construction home is beautiful but has some issues to resolve. Place had not been used and since its last cleaning it had not been checked. Love bugs found their way into the house through poor seals and were everywhere. Water had collected in the exhaust fans and poured down when cutting them on. Water damage to the ceiling. These are all construction issues. The host did rectify the bug situation by immediately sending cleaners to go back through the house and clean up. We were also offered a full refund and another house. We stayed at the house because the overall property and layout was right for our size family. The love bugs were still an issue but again that is a construction issue. Once the builder fixes these problems, this will be a great property to stay at."

"We enjoyed our stay so much! The ocean front location was perfect with awesome sunsets and peaceful walks. We especially enjoyed the lower level sitting area. The condo was perfect and included comfortable beds, plenty of seating, nice kitchen and clean bathrooms. We would love to come back!"

"Beautiful property. Very clean & you can tell they consider their guests in all the little details. I really loved the little book with all the guest notes/memories. Worth every penny & so much more. Are is safe & quiet. Beach is so clean & just stunning. Sunsets are to die for."

"Do not hesitate to rent this house! The home was adorable, very clean, and comfortable. The pool and porches were nice, and it was a short walk to the beach. What really impressed us was how the host stocked the house. Trash bags, laundry pods, towels, and each shower even had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. It was very thoughtful. The large parking area was also a bonus since our daughter rented a few blocks away and came to visit daily. Great home and host!"
