“Clean and feet from the ocean. Owner is SUPER responsive. The AC unit went out the first night we where there and she had the repair guy there the next morning at 8am aand it was fixed with in 30 min and never gave us anymore problems. This is a GREAT rental.”

“We were a group of 8 —- 2 seventy-plus grandparents, two parents in 40’s & 4 teens, ages . The townhouse was the perfect size for us, and the decor was very nice. We enjoyed the beach —- a very close walk—sunbathing, swimming, playing beach ball and fishing. Also we cooked all but one meal! Highly recommend—- perfect accommodations for families!”

“Hands down the best place I’ve stayed in! From the start, host was very friendly and offered great information on things to do in the area. Very detailed information was provided which was helpful in planning our stay. Check in was a breeze and we were allowed to check in as soon as the cleaner was finished up. House is beautifully decorated and had more than anything you could want or need! Seriously, If you forgot it, chances are it’s provided. It was like staying at a family member’s home,……

“This was our first trip to Mexico Beach and we couldn’t have found a more wonderful place to stay! Everything in the home was exactly as pictured in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals (and I appreciated the labeling - this was useful when locating but also putting things away). The little ocean view from the front deck was amazing for relaxing and morning coffee. You can’t beat the location, the quick access to the beach was perfect. My teen boys……

“Beautiful property close to the beach. Cottage had everything we needed including a few beach towels- if you forget yours-an umbrella, beach cart and skim board. Pool is just a few steps down the street, however there is zero shade at pool but it was always refreshing after the beach. A convenient gas station is on the corner for snacks and drinks-which we went to daily! Food trucks close by and Port St. Joe/restaurants just 15 minutes away. Much calmer, more relaxed beach area than PC, Destin……
