The Space:

We have 8 rooms, 9 beds and 4.5 bathrooms, as well as a beautiful terrace ideal for enjoying the outdoors. You will also find large spaces designed to live together, relax or celebrate special moments. With the ability to comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests, our home is the ideal location for your next getaway.

Guest Access:
The house is for the exclusive use of guests. You will have access to all areas: 2 patios , kitchen, laundry room, 8 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms, an additional 1/2 bathroom, dining room and a cozy living room.
If you want a travel baby crib high chair, let us know one week before your arrival so that we can provide it to you. Also, if you have any additional requirements, let us know so we can find the best option for you and your companions.
The Neighborhood:
Condesa is one of the most loved areas of the city with a lot of security, within walking distance of the best hotels, delicious, restaurants, bars, cafes and very close to the city center and impressive and historical places such as La Roma, Polanco and Anthropology. Museum. In Condesa you can choose to eat in a luxury restaurant or street food. You can drive, walk, ride a scooter or rent a bike for a week and go wherever you want.
Getting Around:
Uber and DIDI are cheap, safe and always available. The Metro is also 4 blocks away (Patriotismo Station)

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.
*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).
*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.

We love Mexico and we want you to love it too. We will tell you the best places to go, where to eat and what you see. We have traveled with Airbnb all around the world and will do our best for you to have them too.

Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.
The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
