This is a beautiful property. The management is very easy to communicate with and the value and cleanliness are perfect. My only reservation is in the fact that it is over a nightclub which is extremely loud. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Other than that is fantastic

The apartment itself was fantastic! It was clean and exactly as described. The only thing is, it was not disclosed that there is a nightclub underneath the apartment that went till about 12:30am-1am Friday and Saturday night. I understand it says urban noise as well as music, but this was very loud. Earplugs are provided, but it doesn’t not mute the sounds completely. Also, on Saturday morning there is a street food vendor that sets up on the corner with also very loud music that starts at 8am on Saturday! Everything else was great.
