el personal nos dijo que por tener pintado el cabello nos cobrarían $700 por cada toalla que mancháramos, cosa que jamás me había pasado en hoteles de mejor calidad, el teléfono que ponen para llamar no funciona, buscamos otro y te responden sin saberte qué decir o cómo hablarte, huele raro, las instalaciones son viejas, llegamos y estaban haciendo limpieza pero tenían sábanas blancas por TODOS los pasillos, olía a humedad y con las maletas imposible pasar por ahí, enredándote en las sábanas, el baño sucio y las sábanas igual, cabellos y manchas por todos lados, las paredes nada gruesas pues se escuchaban a los huéspedes de a lado teniendo sexo toda la noche, no pudimos dormir, gritaban y se escuchaban todos los quejidos, de los peores lugares donde puedes quedarte, no lo haría, mejor pagar un poco más, lección aprendida, NO SE HOSPEDEN AQUÍ

We got to the hotel at 530 our check in was at 3. They made us wait for 2 hours to go in the room. The beds are very hard, they only clean every other day. When I requested a new towel they said no, that i had to wait when it was cleaning day. They don't provide a blow dryer or a remote for the tv, you have to leave a deposit for them.

Let start by saying i couple words i wont recommend this place to no one. Receptionists very rude ,we asked for a blanket and we were told no because the cleaning were gone.we asked about why is tv control remote in the room.it comes with a 180 pesos security deposit?room not get clean daily ( i asked them why it dint clean i was told they get clean every other day ) my whole experice it was very bad i dont recommended to no one.

Room wasn’t clean tv didn’t work i ended up paying a fee for a dirty towel after the restroom flooded and use the towerl to clean up the flooded water! I payed 40 pesos at their restaurant for ice which the money was not the issue but the ice was they gave me a cup of ice that was not eatable
