The AC was leaving and leaving bubbles on the floor our whole stay. The sheets were a bit stained but nothing major.

The room was clean, also Eduardo in the front desk was amazing help all the time, the lady I don't remember her name not as helpful as him.
Example 1 - We asked for 2 extra towels couple of days and both times she said there were not extra towels, we cannot understand how in a hotel they don't have extra towels to give you, but in the morning when we asked Eduardo, he both time gave us the towels.
Example 2 - We don't understand how in a hotel they can't change you dollars for pesos. A taxi brought us to the hotel and charged us USD $8.00 I had a $20 bill and he didn't have change so we asked the lady and she said they can't help us with changing USD to pesos or just smaller USD bills, so I ended up paying the taxi a USD $20 bill for and $8.00 ride.
Everytthing else really good, super recommended.
