This is a great house for a family of 10 ranging from 1 year to 75 years staying 6 nights! The house is incredibly functional with comfortable rooms, great beds, excellent bathroom facilities, fast internet, and a functional kitchen. We also loved the neighborhood with dozens of restaurants and cafes nearby, please great parks and playgrounds nearby for the little ones. Andrea is an amazing communicator --- fast and effective. Her instructions were clear and timely. When minor issues arose, she addressed them with us immediatly. She truly is a SUPERHOST. We loved La Condesa and staying in the Designer House was great.

This beautiful and charming house is in a perfect location. La Condesa is a great walkable neighborhood with many options for dining with great food. We had three couples and six kids split between the eight bedrooms with king size beds. Very comfortable and perfect for our group. The walk to Chapultepec from the house was only 15 minutes. The host was very helpful and responds quickly with any questions we had. We highly recommend this place.

The house was in a nice area. It was as it was described and we were welcomed with a nice welcome basket. Thank you. I would definitely stay again. Our host was available at all times.

This house is lovely and in a lovely area. The person managing our stay was very responsive and lovely. However, there were a few problems with the house. The main problem is that is smelled like sewage. When we complained, they brought in new drain covers that we were supposed to put on and take off the shower drain to minimize the smell, it helped a little but certainly didn’t eliminate it, Further, I don’t think it’s our responsibility to take covers on and off drains to minimize the smell. They could just fix the plumbing. Finally, although we tried leaving the windows open to get rid of the smell, it was freezing, the house doesn’t have central heating so it was a miserable situation. We also had some problems with the front gate. We couldn’t reliably unlock it. Although that seemed to get better over our stay, we didn’t feel safe locking the gate and just didn’t use it, Finally, one of the faucets in the kitchen didn’t work. We didn’t discover that until the end when we washed the dishes so it didn’t bother us too much, but it was broken, All in all, great house in a great area. But a few problems that really hindered our enjoyment of the house. We asked for a 30% refund for the shell mainly. They texted on WhatsApp that they’d do the refund in exchange for a positive review. They then ghosted us.
