Getting Around Polanco & Mexico City

Walking: Polanco is a safe, walkable neighborhood with tree-lined streets and beautiful architecture. Many attractions are just a short stroll away.

Metro: The nearest metro station is Auditorio (Line 7), close to the National Auditorium. From there, you can easily connect to other parts of the city.

Metrobús: Line 7 of the Metrobús also runs through Polanco. It's a convenient way to reach other neighborhoods quickly. Use the "Tarjeta Ciudad de México" to ride.

Ride-Sharing & Taxis: Uber and DiDi are widely used and recommended for comfort and safety. Avoid hailing taxis on the street unless they're authorized.

Bikes & Scooters: Rent a bike through Mexico City's Ecobici system or use electric scooters from apps like Lime or Grin for short rides.

Turibus: Hop-on-hop-off bus tours are a fun and relaxed way to see the city. One of the routes goes right through Polanco.

The Space

Sleeping arrangements: One bedroom with a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed in the living room.

Living & dining: The dining table seats four, and the living room includes a 55" UHD Smart TV. There's also a 43" Smart TV in the bedroom. Both TVs support streaming (Netflix, Amazon Prime—bring your own account details).

Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking at home.

Minibar & grocery service: On request, we can stock the minibar (menu with prices provided) or help with grocery shopping so everything is ready when you arrive.

Building & Security
The apartment is located on the first floor of a secure, well-maintained building with 24/7 doorman service and four elevators.

Security: There are no cameras inside the apartment. For your safety, common areas like hallways, elevators, the garage, and the perimeter are monitored by security cameras.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests and residents, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the apartment and building rules during your stay. By booking with us, you agree to comply with these guidelines as well as local laws, helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

As part of our building’s security protocol, we also require all guests to provide a photo of an official ID (such as a passport or driver’s license) prior to arrival to authorize access to the property.
