The room was huge, beautiful and very, very clean. The restaurant on the property was great for breakfast. I found the staff at the front desk uniformly not helpful. They told me the spa was closed and it was like pulling teeth to find an alternative for a massage . when we asked to be connected to a local restaurant, they dialed the number and handed us the phone, but the restaurant didn’t speak English so improvements in the staff would be welcome.

There’s an old expression, you get what you pay for, and it’s absolutely correct. We were stuck in Mexico City for an extra three days because of a snowstorm in New York and wanted to spend a little less money but get more space. That is exactly what we got. The rooms are huge and overall the value of the hotel is pretty good. That said there are a few things that could definitely be improved. When we checked in I noticed hair on the bed… like a full tumbleweed of very long hair in the corner. Could have been from a previous guest or a housekeeper but either way not the best first impression. There were also stains around the shower and counter. The bathroom had soap pumps which were empty and during our three day stay no one ever refilled them. I would bring the bottle into the shower from the sink area since there wasn’t one mounted there, so maybe housekeeping assumed it was fine and never replaced it. We were also on the Avenida León side which I would caution people about because it’s very loud and the windows don’t fully close. If you’re planning to work from the hotel don’t expect to take calls. The wifi was extremely weak and very spotty. The café downstairs was nice to have. Good service and really nice cappuccinos. The pastries however were… warm. Not warm like fresh baked warm. Just warm. I also don’t really understand all the reviews complaining about the breakfast. Why on earth would you eat breakfast at a hotel when you’re staying in one of the greatest

Al salir del hotel no encontré un par de calcetines. Les avisé de la pérdida al recepcionista y no tuve ninguna respuesta. Al llegar de regreso a casa les volví a llamar. Perfect location to explore Condessa and Roma Norte. About 30mins walk to Chapultepec Park. Lots of restaurants, cafes within a 5-10min walk. Lots of tree-lined streets and nice architecture. Felt completely safe walking around alone even in the evenings (solo female traveller). Such a lovely area of Mexico City. The room I had was very spacious and had all the usual amenities — including bottled water which was convenient. The hot water took a while to run though, so turn it on well in advance of when you wanna hop in the shower!

Executive king room with balcony and spacious bathroom. No VIP perk bottle of wine was provided but it wasn’t that important. Refillable filtered bottle of water provided. Had to ask for coffee maker. Nice, spacious, fairly quiet room. Bed was very high off the ground. If you’re short, that may be a problem. Shower floor was very slippery and had to step up on a raised platform to use the toilet. Front desk staff was pleasant and spoke English. Would consider staying again.

Okay is my rating. Beautiful neighborhood but Flow is off a Main Street making it a noisy stay. Large room with windows that open. Pics look better than in person. I give this a 3.5 out of 5.

The room was large and clean. The bath arrangement is very strange — the toilet and sink are behind a swinging glass door (that leaves little to the imagination) and are raised by about 8 inches. Shower is at ground level outside that. (No handrails in the shower, but a decal warning that the floor is slippery.) Our room was at the front, and that’s a big, busy, noisy street. Staff were generally very nice, *but* — even though we asked at check-in if breakfast was included, they failed to tell us until check-out that breakfast was complimentary on the last morning. We had just paid for breakfast in the cafe! Still made us pay for one little bottle of water from the room…. Cafe is good and the servers are quite accommodating.
