This hotel is very close to all of the main points of interest in Santa Fe, Mexico City. The place is clean and neat, and the staff are always helpful. The breakfast is really great. Well worth the price.

Nice area, wonderful breakfast. Nice staff. Towels looked old and stained. It made me wonder if they use them to clean the bathroom. Beds were clean and comfortable.

LIt is isolated from abroad. limited restaurants and shopping facilities in safe walking distance. Just one towel in the bathroom. Room big but no charm. Good price but grotty feeling

The hotel is general good and clean. It provides a free breakfast with diverse options. However it has limitations which make the stay not completely pleasant. For example, lighting in the room is very poor, no hand towels are provided. The hotel provided only one small bottle of water to be shared by two people, not one bottle per person. The second night they only give us one bath towel. The room glass windows are very dirty. Advantages: there are several convenience stores and fast food restaurants at walking distance. Ubers are readily available. There is mega shopping plaza at a five minutes Uber’s ride.

Staff was great. Unfortunately property has old/frayed towels, holes in bed sheets, problems with shower temperature, not very clean. Felt like a cheap motel. Fortunately the staff helped us and they relocated us to a property next door which was a little better, but same comments about their towels and bed sheets.

The worst stay, and it’s not normal for this to happen in this hotel chain, because I’ve stayed in others and they’re exceptional. The bed sheets had hair and were dirty. I even requested a sheet change, and when they removed the pillowcases, they were yellow. I asked to change rooms, and in the new room, one of the two queen beds again had hair on it. And they don’t give refunds to switch to another hotel. It’s a hotel where the cleanliness is terrible.
