Todo estuvo regular, el trato de los recepcionistas fue muy bueno, sin embargo el de dos meseros no lo fue para nada, el desayuno está rico pero sino llegas a tiempo ya no te toca nada porque ya no sacan más aún teniendo un gran número de huéspedes, las instalaciones están bien por el precio sin embargo más limpieza estaría bien porque las camas y el baño tenían pelo.

I booked and paid my reservation on Expedia. When I arrived they said they did not have my reservation in their system. I showed them the reservation and receipt but they had no room for me. I had to leave to another hotel and called Expedia who issued my refund.
