I didn’t expect to find such a clean room, and helpful staff at such reasonable price. Hotel Juarez is conveniently located in the middle of the best area of the city.

Great location and great price. You won't find a hotel more central to the Centro district than this. The room is very basic, however, but it's a solid bed and bathroom base for exploring the city.

The hotel is well-located near the Zocalo, Cathedral, and Templo Mayor, with tons of nearby restaurants and shops. It's also just a short walk to the subway station or some of the bus routes. The hotel is clean and safe and provides a comfortable bed and hot water for showers. Honestly, I wish I would have stolen the pillows. There are not a lot of extra amenities, but for this price you shouldn't be expecting any. A caveat: Loud techno music in the street on weekends. Perhaps request an interior room.

Although the hotel is in a dark alley, once you walk inside it’s bright clean amd welcoming. The staff are helpful and the rooms are very nice with clean bathrooms. They don’t have a restaurant but now offer in room food service at reasonable prices. Still there are lots of restaurants nearby. On this trip, they were not accepting credit cards so this was a bit of an inconvenience. Apparently they have been unable to accept cards for two months so take this into account when staying. The location is great and there is a lot of dining and shopping options. There are a few “economy” restaurants right outside the hotel and one Chinese buffet two. I have not eaten at these places. The hotel does not offer parking and I am not sure if any is available, but if it is, it will be at a premium to the location. It’s safe to walk in daytime until about 9.90 pm

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! It has incredible old-world charm, stunning architecture, and a wonderful historic atmosphere. It’s well-maintained and captures Mexico's rich culture perfectly. One important warning for foreigners: They only accept cash. Since international travelers usually rely on credit cards for safety and convenience, having to withdraw large amounts of cash was a major hassle

Extremely clean!!!! Room was small, but had everything you need, if you are less concerned with grandeur and more concerned with price. Not fancy. Balcony for fresh air was nice. Old building. Who cares. Outdoor restaurant right outside the hotel door. Made me feel safe. I saw a beautiful fish being served, but never tried. Beautifully cleaned every day!!!! Very helpful staff!!!! Spoke English too, as I remember. Bought water everyday on my way out. Less than 5 minute walk to the Zocalo in the Juarez district, where the district is filled with people going about their work day or selling wares. I even took a lovely walk there at night alone. In Mexico City, lots of people are always out at all times! 10 minute walk from Belles Artes and Alameda Parque. Terrific location! Cops everywhere! Felt safe! One thing!!!!! No hot water in the shower, or at least I couldn't get the setting right. Not great.

cleaned everyday by the staff, the bad thing is the loud noise outside, but its pretty obvious that the hotel is in the central district of Mexico City, overall its pretty good, no breakfast or swimming pool included in this hotel. every thing is walking distance to Zocalo square, cathedral, and a lot of stuff, You can store luggage in the hotel, but you have to give a involuntary tip or its free. that basically it a good budget hotel in the city center. also use uber always.
