The rooms are super clean and most importantly, it's pretty quiet too. I was reluctant to book given it's directly on a main street, however, it's affordability won me over. I purchased ear plugs for both myself & my spouse before the trip and found we didn't need them at all. It was very quiet even with our window open at night. (Interior room). Staff is super helpful with recommendations. Didn't have the optional breakfast as there are sooo many options within walking distance.

Nice staff, stayed there many times, good loacation. Rooms tight but sufficient. Bathroom size varies. This one was small but shower size ok. No heat. No ac. It’s just not a Mexico City thing in older properties. 1970s?? It was chilly even with blankets.

Good place well located. Excellent value. Restaurant could use some restocking. Juices some days yes some no. Wine? Nope. Service good. Convenient. Not 24/7 but the neighborhood has lots of late night places.

Hotel Milán is well situated in Roma Norte with lots of eateries and bars nearby. Strong WiFi. Helpful staff. Adequate rooms —- basic partially updated Mexican Europe style. Shower water pressure could be better but it is hot. No AC or Heat, but Mexico City climate is very mild. Restaurant room service is good. Prices very fair.

A cheap option to stay in Roma neighborhood. Good for to get there to sleep only. My wife and I got breakfast included but its for 4 options in their menu, anything extra you have to pay the difference. Sometimes water for shower was warm, not hot. We had to call the reception to fix it. Above all super convenient location to go anyplace walking. Tons of restaurants available nearby. Super pretty neighborhood in general.

Good value and location

It's a clean and comfortable place in a great location. The shower was good. It provided the amenities that I was looking for: private bathroom, TV, Wifi, warm comfy bed, a desk with chair, storage space, and a safe. The restaurant on site was a nice bonus for that one time I was too tired to leave the room to go get dinner because I was able to order room service. The menu had plenty of options. The staff was also friendly and helpful. They have 24 hour reception which is also nice. The street can be a little noisy but with earplugs I couldn't hear a thing. There are plenty of cages, bars, shops, and restaurants in the same street.

As long as you have your expectations configured for the price that you’re getting - then you will be happy with the property. The property is set in a very, very good location and many places are walkable. As for the room itself, it is well appointed and clean, the shower pressure was good – do not expect it to be spacious or extra extravagant. The service I received was very good – on par with some of the fancy hotels I have been to – porters helped me with my bags and the front desk people were very nice and the cleanliness was good as well. Because the property is a little bit dated, I had an issue with the elevator and the room keys, but again – considering the price, these are things that you have to take in your stride.
