Friendly, helpful staff, the room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well and daily cleaning is nice. Good location within walking distance to good restaurants and attractions. Having a 1:00 p.m. checkout is a nice perk as well.

Excelente ubicación , personal muy amable, las camas muy cómodas y limpias, las oportunidades que note, plafones del baño se venían sucios , las baterías del control remoto de la TV no servían fue el técnico y a pesar que se dio cuenta que las baterías estaban mal no las cambio solo hizo comentario que ya estaban en las últimas. No contaban con maquina de hielo aunque había que ir al bar para que te regalaran unos pocos.

My wife and I often stay at The Stanza when we go to Mexico City, usually several times a year. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are terrific. It’s a great location for restaurants and access to transportation. The rooms have recently been updated with a more contemporary style. All in all, highly recommended.

Es de mis hoteles favoritos por la zona y la atención al cliente. Solo quisiera apuntar a que nos dejaron esperando media hora a que limpiaran la habitación al momento del check in, me tuve que acercar yo con la recepcionista que me atendió y otra recepcionista se ofreció a checarlo en su lugar movilizando el trámite, fuera de eso la atención fue muy buena.
