Polanco area of Mexico City

We loved the unit located in one of the best neighborhoods in Mexico City, Polanco.The area is very quiet and very safe. The beds are very comfortable and the space open. I would definatey stay there again. It is close to a large market and also upscale mall.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a fantastic location!

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was spacious, comfortable, and had all needed amenities. The location could not be more convenient. It's around the corner from shopping, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, etc. Some items need maintenance (e.g., shower heads with low water pressure), but overall a nice stay and recommendable without reservations.

The property is great, new and and a wonderful location but is not properly maintained, there are not sufficient kitchen/dining utensils, cleaning materials, towels, the dryer door is broken and needs to. Be open with a knife, the dinner chairs are broken, one of my guests fell when she attempted to sit as the chair broke off and hit her head, no blankets in the rooms etcThe place is goid but I thing that the management needs to keep it up as to avoid further damageOverall we enjoubwloirbstsy because of the convenience of the location

Great Location, Poor Maintenance!

The location of the property is excellent and was very convenient for our stay. However, the condition of the place was extremely disappointing. It was very dirty when we arrived, and I had to clean it myself despite requesting that cleanliness be verified beforehand.The couch in the TV room was so filthy we couldn’t even sit on it. There were broken cabinet doors in the kitchen and bathrooms, the shower in the main bathroom doesn’t drain properly, and the water pressure is extremely low.On our first day, we were locked inside the property because the door lock was damaged. Maintenance came to remove it, but it was never replaced during our stay.Lastly, the noise from neighbors with small children early in the morning was very disruptive. As guests are expected to follow house rules, the same should apply to full-time residents.
