Ridiculously expensive for an unmodernised and small room. Bar was nice and some lovely restaurants..waited a while to check in and they let airline staff push in.

The staff was very friendly and polite. The breakfast is delicious. The room was a bit dated. My only real complaint were the very noisy whistling water pipes in the walls. At times, they were so loud, my wife and I were awoken from our sleep. The whistling could last 15 seconds, or ten minutes. This happened multiple times. We brought it to the attention of a guest ambassador. He said he would let a supervisor know.

Great place to stay in Mexico City. Walking distance to museums and Parque Chapultepec. The staff is awesome, special thanks to the Urban Cafe staff during breakfast time & the housekeeping staff (un millón de gracias, a million thanks). My only suggestion to the hotel administration to help make a great stay better: get better quality TP in the rooms, I do not expect industrial-quality TP in a 5-star hotel!
