Great location. Friendly and efficient staff, comfortable bedding -land very clean and spacious. Only downside is that doors are not solid so that you can hear everything going on in the hallways. Would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were cleaned well and frequently. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great location. Only thing that would have made the stay better would have been screens on the windows to be able to get fresh air without worrying about mosquitoes. I would definately stay there again.

Best affordable hotel in Mexico City

This is my third stay at this hotel and my experience is better each time I stay there. The front desk staff is super kind and helpful, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, the location is the best in Mexico City. I will keep on staying here and recommending this place.

This is a great location if you want to feel safe and explore the city. Walk to restaurants or groceries near by. Uber is very easy to get there. There is parking in the street if needed. The rooms are very clean and its great to have a kitchen if needed.

Property and location were awesome! However, 2 days before our checkout date we were told the water would be cutoff that same day and were given a 30 minute (IF THAT) notice. They did offer accommodations but all of our outings, reservations and events were within walking distance to the area. VERY INCONVENIENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Will not be retuning due to lack of consideration for their guests.

Very noisy room.

Location is excelent. Space, distribution and furniture are good. However the room, D1, is extremely noisy. Not even ear plugs you will be able to rest. The water pump and water boiler, for the whole building, is 20 inches outside one of the windows. It is dishonest not to warn before the reservation is done.
