Nice place to stay, close to everything, super clean place and quite quiet inside the room. But hard to park even for 3 min. No open TV and shower with hot water after several minutes of waiting and wasting too much water Overall, a good place to stay in Mexico City

Me gusto todo, me he quedado dos veces, la segunda fue en mayo, lo horrible fue que la habitación no tenía aire acondicionado y no le pusieron ventilador cuando había preguntado y me habían dicho que si había en la habitación, llegué ya de noche y no estaba nadie en recepción y no pude pedir ventilador, en época de calor si le sufrí, en diciembre que me hospede, fue una maravilla.

Pésimo no te ayudan en nada y se excusan con que es reglamento del edificio mi estadía fue de dos días y no me dejaron dos servicios tanto de baño como de cocina café y agua y la señora llega a las 9 qué clase de servicio es este, hace un calor tremendo y dejan un ventilador que ni sirve para nada terrible el anfitrión ni sus luces jamás me había pasado, las almohadas ni se diga.

En general todo bien, solo que al personal de limpieza no le dan el equipo adecuado para realizar la limpieza, al llegar habían colillas de cigarro y la vajilla estaba incompleta.
