The location is the star here—step outside to world-class restaurants, cafés, street food, and nightlife, all within minutes on foot. With excellent public transit nearby, you`re connected to everything CDMX has to offer.

Bedrooms Bathrooms
The four bedrooms are configured to fit groups comfortably:
- Bedroom 1: one king bed
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bedroom 4: one single bed
Room-darkening shades in every bedroom help you sleep in after late nights exploring the city. Two full bathrooms mean no morning bottlenecks, a real bonus when traveling with a group.

Living Dining Kitchen
The 100-square-meter layout gives everyone space to spread out. Sink into the large sofa and catch up on shows via the wall-mounted smart TV, or settle in at the dedicated desk if you need to log a few work hours. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to cook—coffee maker, blender, stove, oven, and all the basics—plus a filtered water tap so you can refill bottles throughout the day. Gather around the dining table for six when you`re ready to sit down together.

Good To Know
The in-unit washer and dryer let you pack light and refresh your wardrobe mid-trip. A 24-hour security guard at the building entrance adds peace of mind, and the private entrance with smart lock makes check-in seamless. Portable fans and a portable heater keep you comfortable year-round. Pets are welcome with prior approval for an additional fee. Paid parking is available off-premises; the building`s garage fits a standard car up to 1.80m wide, 4.22m long, and 1.57m high. A crib is available upon request and must be reserved before arrival.

Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.

La Roma is a vibrant and trendy neighborhood located in the heart of Mexico City. It’s part of the Cuauhtémoc borough and is known for its bohemian atmosphere, tree-lined streets, beautiful architecture, and a wide range of cultural and gastronomic offerings. La Roma has a rich history, dating back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries when it was developed as an upscale residential area for the city`s elite. Within a short walk, you can also enjoy arts, culture, parks, museums, shopping, and nightlife.

The property is approximately 12 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).
Some options for transportation are:
- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It`s generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

-Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in.
- Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval only and at an extra cost.
- A crib/Pack ´n Play is available upon request and must be reserved before check-in.
- Guests must climb stairs.
- You may experience typical city noise such as traffic and construction.
- The parking space can only accommodate a regular size car. (maximum: 1.80m wide x 4.22m long and 1.57m high)
