Morning receptionist was amazing, she let me check in a little before check in time. Afternoon guy was more than happy let me stay in same room when I had to extend unexpectedly one more night. Check in process is quick and fast.
Hotel is safe, quiet, nice friendly bellmen, near subway, bars and restaurants. Right in middle of 2 great areas you can walk to. It is bit older hotel, no frills, but great if you just need a place to stay.

Unfortunately my room stunk like pee and dirty feet. Some nights were noisy.
Maid services were not the best as I found black hairs on my bed sheets and bathroom was not clean thoroughly found old hairs 😥 . Front desk was excellent as the restaurant

I have stayed in the property several years ago, I like the location but the property with reason has aged and management has kept the property like back in the 80's, didn't feel the staff really approachable and felt like they were doing me a favour to dine and use the hotel services
