This rental is a great space - 2 studio-style rooms on 2 different floors with a common area and kitchen sandwiched on the floor in between. A/c units on every floor - crucial in the CDMX heat! Unfortunately we felt pictures were a bit dated, and the reference to noise was under emphasized. Hosts do supply ear plugs, in fairness, but especially the 1sr floor bedroom is like being in a NY apt right behind a music venue. Additionally, it was a surprise that the bathrooms have signs asking not to flush anything including TP. If we knew this ahead of time we might not have booked. The price was right, location amazing, and space was larger than you’d get from a hotel. Bldg is secure and there is someone working downstairs 24/7 which is nice. Gym was a great added bonus as well.
