REEMBOLSO!!
Había reservado una noche el día 14/03/20 vía hoteles.com. Mi sorpresa al llegar al dichoso hotel fue que al salir el empleado me comenta que “no tiene habitaciones disponibles, que tenía fuga en dos de ellas y no podía quedarme en el lugar.” Le comenté que ya tenía mi reservación y me hicieron cargo a mi tarjeta, cosa que no le importo y optó por decir: “es lo malo de reservar en esa página, les comenté de la fuga pero siguen ofreciendo las habitaciones.”
Le pedí que me regresara mi dinero en efectivo pero dijo tajante y grosero que lo arreglara con hoteles.com, que el no podía hacerse cargo de nada. Sin más, cerro la puerta en mi cara.
Esta no es forma de dirigirse a alguien ni solucionarlo. Exijo el reembolso íntegro de MI dinero o acudiré a PROFECO.

Servicio inexistente y cero respaldo a clientes
No hay recepción abierta por lo que nunca me dieron acceso, literal me dejaron en la calle. El número del establecimiento, obviamente falso o solo se dedican a hacer los cargos y no cumplir el servicio. Hoteles.com tampoco da opciones de reembolso ni hay atención telefonica. la peor experiencia usando esta app.
