The luxury and comfortable feel of our accommodations made me wish I could take the room home! I will recommend this place to anyone who comes to Mexico city. I loved the rooms and of course the view. Walked around by myself during day and night and always felt safe. Like Cibeles Rotonda 2 min away with lots of dining options. Convenience store right on the corner and beautiful park España not too far. Reforma Av and Ángel of Infependece not too far away either. Free parking inside the building and my car was safe there. Super cute kitchenette with refrigerator, utensils, dishes, etc.

We actually stayed twice, four nights the first time then went to Oaxaca for a few days, then came back for two more. ULIV Cibeles is clean, modern and in a great location. It's a pretty easy walk to Chapultepec Castle and the Museum of Anthropology. The neighborhood is lush and beautiful. There are many great restaurants close by to choose from. I'm sure we'll stay there again.

Clean and spacious room with good water pressure. Located about a 10-15 minute walk from Rio de Janeiro park in Roma Norte, same distance to Condesa. The immediate area isn’t great but walkable to very nice neighborhoods. Great communication.

Bedbugs. My daughter and I discovered bugs in our bed on our first night there. While I am not an entomologist, they were certainly bugs and there were a bug casings in the sheets of both beds. This discovery was at 11:30 at night, and ULIV was remarkably unhelpful in our situation. We had to find a hotel in Mexico City at 1 AM. The manager of the building said he would refund our money, but we had to do it through Expedia. In the end, they refunded the nights, we were not there, but charged us for our first night!! it was like finding glass in your entrée at a restaurant, and instead of being comped for your meal, the restaurant charges you for the glass of wine you had when you came in! Horrible experience, with a very unsatisfactory conclusion.

Hi Esther, as i said we have the report of the pest control company that state that there is no bedbugs in the aparment, and your complaint wants in your first night the building but in the second one.

After looking through countless options and reading about some terrible experiences with places that otherwise looked really nice, I was somewhat unsure what to expect with ULIV Cibeles. Turns out it was perfect. Clean, quiet, very nicely designed. Such a great location for walking, and central to the best museums and parks. I am not a bot and do not work for the hotel or Expedia lol. It was just a great place to be while in Mexico.

Our stay at this property was wonderful!! It was very modern and clean . The free laundry facilities and the gym were a plus . We felt very safe here which is important for 2 women traveling alone in Mexico . Our host, Julio , and the entire staff were very attentive! I would recommend it !!

This property exceeded expectations - new, great shower/bedrooms/kitchen, potable water filter, organic/inorganic garbage cans, fabulous views, TV options, and convenient location. A special shout out to Edmundo and the other staff for all their help with tourist info. Super friendly - highly recommend!

Buen lugar para quedarse por negocios o eventos culturales, lo malo nunca contestan los mensajes por expedia y los teléfonos que proporcionan, al llamar siempre están fuera de servicio. Su forma de hacer check in tienen que mejorarla, el link nunca nos abrió.
