Right in the middle of Reforma but near the airport. The space waa great with ample dining area, bathroom, rooms, and laundry. Great for small families and solo travelers. Communication was easy and staff spoke both Spanish and English.

When I checked out of the UL IV Apartments, I accidentally left my wallet in the room. I only realized it two days later and went back to the property. To my surprise and gratitude, the staff had found my wallet and kept it safely for me. I am truly thankful to the management team, especially the front desk staff, for their honesty and professionalism.

I had a wonderful stay at ULIV Apartment El Ángel in Mexico City. The apartment was extremely clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. All the amenities you could need were available, which made the stay very comfortable. The views from our apartment were beautiful, and the rooftop area was especially impressive—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the city atmosphere. The employees and the manager were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always responsive, which truly enhanced our experience. This place is also ideal for long-term stays. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, oil, salt, glasses, mugs, knives, utensils, and everything needed to cook comfortably at home. Overall, ULIV El Ángel offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting or staying long-term in Mexico City.

It is really noisy, the shower was really slippery, the elevator was small and really slow so we took the stairs sometimes because we didnt want to wait. The laundry room was always full so we werent able to use the washer machine. The good side was the location which was greats and we had lots of convenience stores and food options really close.

The room, property, staff were great. Only thing that I needed to adjust to was the lack of central air conditioning. Also the traffic is a bit loud, but the ear plugs helped.
