I would avoid Wynwood House properties
Second time and last time with Wynwood.
With both stays there were major problems check-in.
Furniture has a millennial friendly aesthetic in pictures, but it is wildly uncomfortable.
Kitchens lack what's needed to cook and clean. One didn't have a freezer, one didn't have a working stove.
There were also plenty of issues with plumbing (toilets, showers, no reliable hot or cold water). Paint would randomly crumble from the ceiling and water blisters were forming around the shower. No screen doors for bugs, no AC (this is not super uncommon, but every hotel will have AC).
Wynwood operates as a revenue optimization platform for landlords. This means corner-cutting renovations that are purely for optics/bookings, but leave you, the end-user, with something that isn't suitable for habitation.
It's too bad - I'm in Colombia and Mexico all the time (in Colombia as I write this review) - and would gladly use Wynwood if they were any good - but from here on out it's hotels for me.
