“Very nice apartment. Good location, about 40 min walk from downtown. Grocery store next door, restaurants and coffee shops a couple of minutes walking. The parking was very convenient. It was nice that there was a portable AC and 2 big fans, really helpful when it is 30 degrees C outside. Overall, we were very pleased with the appartment.”

“This studio is priced well for what it offers. It is clean, quiet, and if you lean out the window you can see the mountains. It is also a fourth-floor walkup in a residential neighborhood, with the advantages and disadvantages that brings. On the corner there are a green-grocer, a bakery, a laundromat, and a "tacos" [North Americans would call them burritos] and doner place, as well as a subway and a bus station. The Velo'v bike rentals are two blocks away (in two directions). There is nothing……

“The apartment was spacious and in a quiet area. There was an amazing bakery just next door and plenty of restaurants, bars and mini supermarkets nearby. Easy to walk over the bridge to explore the other areas of Lyon.Pascal, the concierge was great. He helped us up the stairs with our luggage and, on departure, waited outside with us to ensure that our Uber arrived OK.”

“We were very happy with the property. The place is beautiful. One thing I wanted to mention is that, as is very common in Europe, there is no air conditioning. The weather was very hot in Lyon while we were there (close to 35 C) but the apartment stayed very comfortable with the fans provided. So don't let the lack of air conditioning deter you from renting this beautiful apartment.”
