Welcome to Mèze! Discover this beautiful four-room apartment located on the first floor of a secure building with an elevator. It features a private, enclosed terrace, ideal for a peaceful stay.

Ideally located in the heart of Mèze, close to shops and restaurants, and just one minute from the nearest beaches, this recently renovated 65 m² apartment offers the perfect setting for a sunny vacation in the South of France.

Fully furnished, it can accommodate up to six people thanks to a first bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom also equipped with a double bed, and the third and final bedroom with a single bed that converts into a double bed, for added flexibility.

The comfortable and bright living room is equipped with a sofa and a television for relaxing moments.

The modern and functional kitchen area includes a refrigerator with freezer, a 4-burner stovetop with extractor fan, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, and a toaster. It also has everything you need for cooking and dining.
Adjoining this kitchen area is a dining area with bar stools, perfect for convivial meals.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet.

Plenty of free parking is available nearby, making your travels easy.

Appartement fonctionnel en plein cœur de la ville. Cependant, nous nous sommes rendus compte que le ménage n’était pas fait régulièrement…manque de propreté dans toutes les pièces y compris la terrasse!!!
