「This is a very unique place to stay, the hosts are incredibly kind and friendly, they picked us up from the train station gave us a quick tour and gave us some very helpful advice. It’s a way from the crowds of Varenna, Bellagio and Menaggio, just a short distance to Varenna by train. It’s very tranquil clean and comfortable. 「The location couldn’t have been better. Literally 5 minute walk to everything. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The only reason I did not give perfect score was the AC was not that great. Especially in the master bedroom we were very uncomfortable all night with the AC set at the lowest. Also, it wasn’t an issue for me, but several in the family were not thrilled about all of the stairs to get up to the unit.」

「Spacious apartment at the top of one of the beautiful winding pathways from the main boat terminal . Location couldn’t be better. French press and another coffee machine for use. In-room Washing machine for your dirty clothes and a big balcony to dry them like the locals. Staff is super helpful, you can reach them after hours on WhatsApp and they respond quickly. 「The view from this room was really pretty overlooking the lake. It is just up the hill from the train station and the town so easily walkable. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the host was very communicative. We were able to drop our luggage off at a sister property as we arrived earlier than the 2 o’clock check-in and didn’t want to tote everything up and down the hills. 「Excellent Como location! 4 minute walk from the Cadenaba Pier to the short ferries to Bellagio and Varenna (but buy a day pass so you are not stuck in ticket lines on the other side). Also some nice lakeside restaurants nearby. Very clean and open layout with beautiful views of the lake and Bellagio. Clothes Washer machine was very helpful mid-trip. 「The property would have been great only if they picked up our luggage from the bus port. It is high up in the mountain, very difficult to drag your luggage. Not enough warning provided as to how difficult it would be to take your baggage. "Overall it is a good experience. Room is ok. The only issue is that there is no window at the lower floor - small window for the upper floor. Saying that, the sun light is good. In terms of room space, we have 2 15/13 year old kids and after the sofabed is spread out, there is limited space. Gym is great with everything while pool is also very nice. Overall service level is very good. We probably need a more sensible solution if we need to call a cab from the city."
