「Property was lovely and extremely convenient however, the parking was terrible. Their are options provided by the booking which helped a bunch. 」

「As soon as I opened the door my daughter and I were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke and an oval chemical smell. The chemical smell burned our throats, you could literally taste it. Then if that wasn’t enough, the long black hairs on the bed sheets. The bathtub looked like a contractor washed out a drum of cement in the tub. There was cement all over the inside of the tub. Called the number in my email numerous times with every time getting a word recording with no way to leave a message....

「Door was broke to room took 5+ Hrs to have it rigged to shut still didn’t feel comfortable to leave valuables in the room. Washer and dryer dryer didn’t work handle to the gate at beach access was broken valet is the only way to park your car and no one speaks any English at all .」

「Over all it was ok. The Kuerig coffee maker was cheap and broken. Bath towels are BROWN and threadbare. Why brown? The bed is a Queen but feels small. The bedspread, pillows, mattress and the sheets were all really cheap. The furniture is contemporary in a Deco building.....seems to make more sense to decorate in the spirit of this 1940's Deco Hotel. It does get 5 stars for the location. The park at Miami Beach was super nice to walk, bike or skate. Very nice water front location.」

「Everything was as expected or better, communication with Anita and Luis was perfect. Luis was very helpful with any needs we had. Perfect location to many places and restaurants and also beach front. Will definitely be staying here again」

「The property is extremely outdated and worn (drawers don’t open, base boards and tile dirty and stained). There is no ramp to use with a stroller to get in and out of the property so you need two people to carry the stroller up and down stairs. You ca ask for an early check in, which is at 1:30. I inquired about an early check in at 9:00 am the day of check in. At 12:20 pm I still had not heard back from them so we made arrangements for a scheduled pick up with UBER and a late hotel check out...
