Resort Fee (Daily Charge):

• Stays of 1 to 14 nights: $40 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $35 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 30 nights or more: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes



Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:

• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges

incurred during your stay.

• This deposit will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.



Valet Parking (Optional):

• 1 to 7 days: $35 per day, plus applicable taxes

• 8 or more days: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Monthly rate: $650 per month, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 6 months or more: $480 per month, plus applicable taxes

These fees are standard across all reservations and are essential to maintaining the property’s premium amenities and guest services. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.

- Damage waiver for reservation per company policy is USD $99 listed in platform when possible, and is included in the total price shown.

- Hotel will take a deposit hold on a credit card for incidentals. It will be released upon check-out and may take between 3-5 business days to return to your card.

- In the rare event the original unit requires maintenance, Zen Vacation Rentals may reassign your booking to an equal or higher-category unit at no extra cost—always ensuring the quality of your stay.
