Guests planning extended visits are welcome, as long-term stays of 28 days or more are permitted. Self-check-in via a secure keypad makes arrival simple, allowing you to settle in and start enjoying your beachside getaway without delay.



Guest Access:

Remote Controls: Guests are provided with two types of remotes. One is for garage parking access, and the other is for building access, including the pool, fitness center, secure doors, and the service elevator after 5:00 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends. Please note that there is a $50 plus tax non-refundable fee if a remote is lost.



Deliveries: The building charges a package handling fee ranging from $5 to $10 per delivery, depending on their specific guidelines. We recommend verifying these details prior to your arrival if you plan to have items shipped during your stay.



Luggage Storage: Available at the front desk for $10 plus tax per bag, perfect for early arrivals or late flights.

Just across from the ocean with beach access, Ocean Reserve is located approximately 13 miles North of South beach, and 4 miles South of Hollywood in Sunny Isles.



Just steps from all necessary grocery stores and with Aventura Mall just across the bridge this is an excellent place to stay and relax conveniently (Aventura Mall is approx. 1-mile from location).



Getting Around:

Walking to the beach is highly recommended.



Heritage Park is located right across the street.

Late Check-Out: Enjoy some extra time before you head out. Please note that late check-outs require written authorization in advance and are subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-outs after 11:00 AM will incur a penalty fee of $100 for each hour or partial hour beyond the designated check-out time.

Additional Housekeeping: Keep your space fresh with a professional mid-stay cleaning.

Guest Comfort Items: We can provide a baby kit, wooden crib, rollaway bed, or airbed to accommodate your group's specific needs.



Important Policies:

Smoke-Free Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A 500 USD recovery fee applies for any violation.

Quiet Hours & Parties: Parties and loud music are not permitted at any time to respect our community.

Reservation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel any stay immediately without a refund if these policies are violated.
