The Space:
Living Area:
The living area offers a bright and welcoming space with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the room with natural light. It features a stylish, plush sofa perfect for lounging, a HD TV for entertainment, and direct access to a private balcony where you can take in breathtaking ocean and city skyline views. The layout is ideal for relaxing or gathering with family and friends.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern, stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Sleek countertops and ample cabinet space make cooking a breeze, whether you're preparing a full meal or a quick snack. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats four, providing the perfect spot for shared meals or casual dining.

Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat featuring a luxurious king-size bed, premium bedding, and ample closet space for storage. Large windows offer plenty of natural light, and the room includes a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub, a modern vanity, and high-end finishes.

Second Bedroom:

Bathroom 2:
The second bathroom is a full bath with a walk-in shower. Its clean and modern design ensures comfort and functionality for all guests.

ROOFTOP POOL - Located on the 6th floor, infinity-edge ocean view pool, Jacuzzi, sundeck (included in resort fee).

INTERCOSTAL POOL - Located on the ground floor, infinity-edge intercostal view pool, west side of the building.

FITNESS CENTER - 6th floor, Fully-equipped Fitness Center overlooking the intercostal (included in resort fee).

BEACH ACCESS - The beach service will provide 2 beach chairs and one umbrella (included in resort fee).

TENNIS COURT
Please note: The tennis court will be closed for the summer season.

BASKETBALL COURT

CONCIERGE - 24-hour personal concierge and room service.

RESTAURANT - Three restaurants, including the celebrated Hyde Beach Terrazas, showcase South Florida’s freshest seafood and citrus in seasonal menus that shine with originality (paid separately, off-site, no room service).

BAR - Full service bar with drinks specials (paid separately).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Age limit to check-in is 21+ years old.

UPON CHECK-IN YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE FOLLOWING FEES:
(Fees mentioned below have been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice):

1. Resort Fee is $40 + tax per night*
2. Valet Parking is $42 + tax per night
3. Security Deposit is $110 per night (to be paid at the front desk during check-in using a Credit/Debit card, refundable upon check-out). The Security Deposit is mandatory for all the guests.**

EV Charger is available and guest have to pay for it separately.

*Only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella included in resort fee.

Please note: Extra beach chairs are available on a first come first served basis, consider arriving early to secure them particularly during high season.

**Credit card and ID must match name on reservations or accompanying guest to check in. Hotel front desk will place a hold of $250 on your credit card at the time of check in. Security deposit will be released immediately upon check out and may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your account depending on the bank.

Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib:
A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.

Housekeeping during stay (optional):
$160 +tax
This option is provided by the resort and available to book only via email to "centralized", The front desk can provide further details and options to help you reserve a spot.

**Early check-in needs to be confirmed with "Hyde Beach house" hotel directly by calling, They would be able to check you in as soon as the property gets the confirmation for the inspectors.

***Late check-out fee is $120 for 2 extra hours based on availability and must be confirmed with STAY TODAY representative at least before 1 day check-out.

To maintain A/C performance and prevent humidity damage, please keep windows and doors shut.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
