Beach was awesome

The beach, pool, and tikki hut were nice. If you leave the resort the food was way overpriced and not really good. The tikki bar for was pretty good and a decent price. The room is outdated but the view from the balcony was amazing.

Perfect location and great value!

It’s a no frills place to stay, but it was clean and had all of what we needed. The location is fantastic and the balcony has a great view and sound of the ocean. The pool area is very nice and the building is very clean. Minimal complaint…the couch is an uncomfortable futon and no TV in the bedroom. Overall, we will definitely return!

This property was nice . Access to the pool and beach were easy. It was nice to have that on the property. The room itself was nice. Beautiful view. Everything you need. ( the toaster oven didn’t work correctly. ) FYI- you can’t leave the sliding door open due to the humid air but other than that it was a nice getaway!

Th location and view were on point, nothing else was. The room is very outdated and in need of paint. The sinks were stopped up, each time we used the bathroom sink, the kitchen sink would make a noise and then a foul smell would emerge. The umbrella we were provided for the beach was broke. We saw a cockroach crawling on our window. On the last morning of our stay, there was hammering and some kind of repairs being made on our floor, a heads up would have been considerate. I sent a text message to the property owner and still have not heard back. And finally, the customer service needs some serious work. They were rude and no one smiled!

todo un desastre, nunca mas volveria ni gratis, tenemos 82 años y 83 años y vamos a miami 40 veces

las fotos publicadas engañan parece un departamento mucho mas grande de lo que realmente es, vajar o sibir las balijas una penuria de 16 escalones porque no hay un adseso directo al lobby, el valet parking, jamas vi un desorde igual y eso que nosotros estuvimos en hoteles desde hace 20 años a razon de 2 por año y en ninguno es como en este, un desastre total, si lo hubieran echo a proposito no les salia peor de lo que vimos, no se compara con nada, en la pileta estubimos 3 dias sin poder husarla por arreglos en ella, si hay un puntuaje menor al cero lo pondria, la administracion tendran que cambiarla porque perderan clientes,
