Clean, Comfortable & Convenient

Enjoyed my extended stay and would definitely stay here again. A short walk to the beach and all things South Beach!

Convenient

Easy access to South Beach and Collins Ave. Easy to book and an overall excellent experience. Hosts very communicative. Only downside is having to park at 7th Street Garage every time, so be prepared to pay to park if you drive and stay here. Really good value overall and I would highly recommend.

Great location but sketchy

The room was very cute and clean but I cant say the same for the building. Broken elevator, dirty stairwells, and there was what appeared to be a drugged out woman lurking in the building when we came in Thursday night. The location was awesome, just a few blocks from Ocean Drive but I wouldnt stay there again. The price was way too high for the small space and risky environment.

Great Stay

Very nice everything was available as needed. At times of night noisy but expected because of the time we were there. Distance to beach, restaurants and shop was walking distance away very nice. Parking garage is a block away, but not an issue. Very enjoyable I’ll come back.

Disappointing

The room had a lingering musty smell. It felt dirty. The toilet had problems flushing. WiFi rarely worked. Absolutely no cable TV despite the listing saying there was. No hand soap in the bathroom or kitchenette.

Affordable 1BD Vacation Rental

The 1BD/1BATH rental property was very clean and situated in the center of Miami Beach. The location is very convenient to walk to any of the attractions, shops and restaurants in the area. The check-in process was seamless and the staff was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The property owner Joe was very pleasant to deal with and straightforward, providing all of the information needed when traveling to the area. The general area of Miami Beach can be loud with vacationers partying late into the evening. This location would be great for couples/single travelers in their 20s or early 30s that would like to experience the Miami Beach area.
