Comfortable place with a great host.

Our stay at Ronaldo's place was great. The home is comfortable and has all the listed amenities. The neighborhood feel safe. Ronaldo was also super helpful lending us a battery charger which we needed for an issue with our rental car. He went above and beyond as a VRBO host to help us. I would stay at this place again when visiting Homestead.

Excellent stay

We stayed here for a weekend to attend the NASCAR races. It’s a great location to the track. The unit was clean, comfortable, easy check-in process and the hosts were very communicative.

Perfect location

We were able to do and go to all of the places we wanted with in 30 minutes or less. Beds were comfortable, great water pressure, and the cats came to visit on the front porch in the evening.

Very nice place to stay. Very clean, easy check in and out. Hosts were easy to get ahold of. Our bed was very comfortable, and no complaints from the kids either. Couch pulls out into a nice size sleeping area, our teenager slept there very easily. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice home but frustrating kitchen

Like many others we stayed in Homestead for easy access to both Everglades and Biscayne and this home was in a great location for both, plus close to shopping. The home was quiet, cool, comfortable and clean. If you plan to do a lot of cooking though this kitchen is not for you. I could see from the pictures that it was just a cooktop vs a stove which was fine until it took 45 min+ just to get a pot of water to boil! There are no measuring instruments, very few kitchen items. Also, everything is plugged into one outlet (that you have no access to) so there was a warning to only use one small appliance at a time to not blow a fuse! There are no kitchen towels so we had to dry dishes with body washcloths. Only one towel per person is provided & it would have been nice to have extras when staying for many days. Also, the full sized sheets for the couch do not fit, it needs queen. Just some easily fixable things that would make a stay less frustrating. The queen bed was comfortable and the patio out front was nice to hang out at. Nice place to stay but don't plan to cook anything too complicated

Family of 4, we rented this because it was close to Biscayne and Everglades National Parks. Worked great for us. Hosts are great, take their advice about hitting up Havana Spice for a Cuban meal.

We greatly enjoyed our experience at Cozy. It was clean and neat and the hosts were easy to reach and communicate with. We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed coming back to Cozy after a day of sightseeing and going to National Parks.

Close to National Parks

Close to both national parks and Miami. I would suggest that the owners provide dish clothes and dish towels. The kitchen did not have hot water which should be an easy fix.

Superb!

This was a great place to stay! The hosts were super nice and had a perfect set up - house was exactly as it was represented on the photos. My son loved the bunk beds. : ) They left a nice informational booklet for travelers and kept amenities around if needed (Cuban coffee was phenomenal). House was VERY clean and comfortable. The only thing I was slightly disappointed in was not getting to meet the neighborhood kitty they mentioned. HA! I would 100% stay here again with my family.

Perfect for the Biscayne NP visit

Came here for two days to enjoy some snorkeling and sailing in Biscayne. This place is 15 min from National Park and was perfect for us (parents plus 2 kids, 11 and 9).

Fantastic VRBO!

I was very impressed with this VRBO. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The owners were very responsive, answering almost immediately if I had a question. My family and I are anxious travelers and this place made all of the difference in us having a wonderful vacation. Hopefully we will be able to come back and stay sometime soon.
