Everything you need for your short stay ! Great location

This place is on the beach , location is great many stores/restaurants around . The place was super clean and had everything we needed for our week stay . Thank God we had the host helping with checkin process. The host was super nice and responsive I would recommend and will definitely stay there again !!

Great condo!

Would definitely stay here again! Staff was kind and helpful, cute little cafe in the building, close to convention center. Close to the Boardwalk too, lots of dining options. Marcello and his people were very helpful when we ran late for check in and met with us first thing in the morning to get our key fobs. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

This place was absolutely amazing! The beach is literally right there — just steps from the apartment. You walk out and boom, you’re on the sand. You really can’t beat the location. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The pool was a great bonus — well-maintained and never too crowded. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the hospitality. Marcello and the crew, especially Lillianna, were fantastic. Friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.They provided beach chairs, a tent, towels, and even coolers — everything we needed for a perfect beach day. You can tell they really care about making guests feel at home.We’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an stress-free, beachfront escape with great vibes and even better people!

Not how was described

Older run down facilities. Most of the staff was unwilling to help or answer questions. Room was ok not the cleanest by far older room 2 towels in the room. Bed not comfortable at all very hard and lumpy.

Checking in was a little frustrating but otherwise we loved the location. Being on the beach and only 30 minutes to downtown Miami was perfect. The condo was nice enough but a bit dated. The sheets on the bed were dirty when we arrived which was not a big deal since there was an extra set in the linen closet. Even though we couldn’t see the beach from the condo, it was lovely to see the sunset over the river and watch all of the expensive cars race up and down Ocean drive. Overall, I would stay again.

Hollywood Beach Getaway

The location of the property is excellent especially its nearness to the airport. The swimming pool was extremely nice as was the nearness to the beach. The cafe was a good addition. The check in process was too complicated.

Yearly ladies trip’

We will be back . The host was amazing. The pool area and beach attached to the pool area was beautiful! Catch the sun with a great breeze! Due to a storm We got to stay longer as a curiosity that us ladies greatly appreciate!!! Love the hospitality. The bed and sofa were amazingly comfortable! There’s already beach towels and chairs at the condo for you so pack light !! Plenty of pots and pans for a long stay ‘ condo is doors down from the laundry room and trash shoot! Beautiful view of the bay and was able to watch the storm from the balcony with out being touched hy the rain! M Thanks so much !! Everything was great

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay and the communication with the owner and property manager was always quick and polite. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed - kitchen was equipped, laundry room (for a fee) was next to the condo, towels, umbrella, chairs and near Walmart and 7Eleven. Only 1 complaint - since the condo is on the street side, it was loud at night from cars and motorcycles but it calms down and we slept fine and the beds were very comfortable.

Our second time at the Tides. Great location. Convenient to a lot a great restaurants, shopping at Aventura and Sawgrass Malls. Close to Ft Lauderdale and Miami. Lilliana was great to communicate. If there was a problem she took care of it right away. Yes I would recommend this condo

Terrible place to stay / not what at all what is listed on the site

DO NOT STAY AT THIS CONDO !!! This place is unsafe to stay at. Broken appliances, broken dining glass table, missing handles and parts of the sinks. Ceiling tiles that are about to fall out. Dirty walls with black scuffmarks all over them. Vents that have not been cleaned in years. This place is a disaster. And on top of that, person that is suppose to meet to you for a check in process, Marcello (i believe), was a no show during our check it and told us that he doesn't need to be there. BE AWARE and STAY AWAY from this place until it gets fixed!!! p.s. I do have all the pictures to support my review. Feel free to contact

We had a wonderful time staying at this property!

This is not the first time we stay at Tides (both buildings). We often book an apartment with Marcello. His management team is always nice and helpful. They will always figure out how to make your stay comfortable. The apartment itself was clean and everything was available: dishes, utensils, kitchen appliances etc. Will stay here once again 💕 Thank you!

Du positif et du negatif

Positif: emplacement, propreté du site, personnel courtois, proche des commodités,lits comfortables. Negatif: électros , batterie de cuisine désuets, 1 linge a vaisselle pour 3 semaines, matelas du sofa lit déchirer ,tacher et non utilisable, 1 chaise du balcon briser, bouche d aération de la toilette boucher par la saleté et moississure, les photos sont belles sur le site (ceramique, table,sofa) mais décevant sur les lieux. 4 chaises de plages sur 5 sales et a etre remplacer.

Location location location

My whole trip was great from the condo(super clean) to the weather to the location which had great restaurant choices and grocery stores. The Tides has a great spot on the beach, a beautiful pool and gym and a great quality of families and adults that make the trip enjoyable. Thank you to Marcello and his team to have made the check in and check out easy. I do have to mention that the condo does overlook the street so it might be more noisy since Floridians love the honking but that's of no fault to the place. Also, I was a little worried when I read the reviews concerning the checkin and parking issues...if you follow the instructions to getting your FOB and parking in place there will be no issues with that either. I loved the comfortable bed, to the towels all the way to beach chairs and umbrellas that were available for us. Can't wait for the next time !!!

Nice place to stay for the price.

Overall nice apartment, definitely get what you pay for. Zero frills, very outdated decor and appliances, but the unit is clean and relatively comfortable. Bring your own shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. Couch bed is not comfortable (as expected). Main bedroom has a twin and full (not a queen as listed), which were adequately comfortable. NOT ocean front, overlooks the street and waterway, which can be loud and bright at night, but there is easy access to the pool and beach. No physical key access to the unit. Most annoying part was having to wear a wrist band with a key (necessary to get on the pool and beach, and in and out of the building), not very comfortable to sleep in, but that is ubiquitous to all the Tides apartments.
