Perfect for a family.

Unit was just as expected and clean and comfortable and very roomy. All 5 of us were comfortable in the unit and had great walking access to Coral Gables.

Great stay!

Gabriela was a great host. Very responsive, and welcomed us with a clean place to stay. We felt safe there, and the parking garage was very easy for us to access. I would recommend staying here!

Very nice property. The only downside was the parking. It's very tight for even a small SUV. I ended up parking with family a mile away.

Excelent apartment full of amenities.

Very clean and decorated with all the equipments that you will need. Very safe and with all stores needed very close. Location is very good also. We will stay again.

Place felt like home.

Place was absolutely perfect. Loved the layout. Had our Thanksgiving dinner there, was what we wanted space wise. Was near my son's place in Midtown, where a lot of time was spent. Would recommend, we truly enjoyed our stay. Televisions (nice sized) in every room, able to access regular cable, which usually does not happen, appreciative of that. Look forward to staying here again.

Easy stay! Great place!

Gabriela's place was clean and just as described. Me and my daughter had plenty of room for the two of us. I always get nervous about the check in process (and especially with parking) but Gabriela gave clear directions and everything worked right away to get us into the apartment and garage. The location is very central to everywhere in Miami that we wanted to go. We were visiting U of Miami and it was about an 8 minute drive. The place was also VERY quiet so we both could get a good night's sleep. Thank you Gabriela!

Clean/Secure property

This Vrbo listing was better than described. Extremely clean. The rooms had storage for suitcases and even had a safe for valuables. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The building was safe with added security features. The parking was free, underground and also safe. The property manager communicated efficiently and made it easy to get into the property. She was open to answer all my questions in a timely manner. I recommend this property.

Miami Condominium Coral Gables

Centrally located property with safe and secure stay and parking. Close to Coconut Grove and Coral Gables. Not really in walking distance. Would not venture out after night without car lots of questionable people hang out around the building at night. Secure building with security and underground parking. Close to little Havana as well. 20 minute drive to Miami beach or downtown Bayside Market. Beautiful balcony view and the apartment was very clean and loaded with everything you need. Elevator system to the sixth floor and basement is a little confusing but not bad. Parking is very tight and only will fit a compact car full size cars SUVs and trucks will not fit! Would recommend if you want a view of the city and the airport that's centrally located if you have a small car or a rental. About 50 minute drive to everglades park and 3.5 hours to key west so not bad anywhere you want to go!
