A one-time $30 fee is required at check-in. This covers building access for up to 3 guests and includes fob activation.

Laundry rooms are conveniently located on each floor. After exiting the elevator, turn left; the laundry room is the second door. To use the machines, please purchase a blue laundry card from the front desk. Each wash or dry cycle costs $2.50.

Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or shared areas. A $500 fee applies for violations.

Please keep all doors and windows closed to maintain air conditioning performance and prevent humidity damage to the property and furniture.

Due to the tropical climate, insects may occasionally be present. The unit is professionally treated by monthly pest-control services. Keeping doors closed helps minimize exposure.
