Unique and exquisite location, surrounded by the city, nature, and beautiful vistas nestled between the Miami River and Biscayne Bay.
Enjoy direct views of Biscayne Bay, Bayside Park, American Airlines Arena, and Iconic downtown buildings! Walk to or drive a short distance to Brickell City Centre, Marlins Stadium, Miami Beach, and Wynwood. This apt. comes equipped with 2 fully furnished bedrooms and baths. Come enjoy breathtaking views of Miami by day and night.
Building has two gyms, a convenience store, and sauna.Ideal for visitors interested in exploring the city.
Washer and dryer included in the apartment.
New pool deck with scheduled completion December 2025.
