  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!

Worth a Rebook

Other than the elevators being slow and constantly backed up with people waiting, the overall rating would have been 5 stars. The property itself is amazing and beautiful. Friendly staff.

Husband in the hospital

Wanted something not far from Jackson Memorial Hospital. Location was good, could walk to get food & shop. Fitness center nice. Communication with on site person was great. The property manager was ok. Parking situation was unclear, I thought it was included. But the parking staff was great at the location.

Beautiful apt and views

We just had the best stay here. My boyfriend and I were in Miami for a CrossFit competition at Bayside park and this condo was well within walking distance. It was a beautiful condo, well decorated, comfy bed, super quaint for just the two of us. Kevin was an awesome host who got us everything we needed. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night, that was easy as well. We will DEFINITELY be back! Oh! The balcony views were INCREDIBLE! Xoxo, Fjeran and Mike

Check-In & Parking

The property was great! Beautiful with amazing pool and convenient to area events and restaurants. The communication and check in was very confusing and slow. Taking more than 30 minutes. Host had to be contacted via app but responded quickly. Parking fees were $50 a night and that is not noted in the property details. There is 8$ nightly parking around the corner. The building is price gouging for parking.

Lovely amenities

The unit was true to photos. The Murphy bed was comfy. Brickell Icon is close enough to all you need. Whole Foods is a 5 minute walk across the bridge. Bayfront Park is a must see, and a 15 minute walk away. The shops at Midtown Village are a 15 minute drive. The pool area is pristeen and not over-crowded. Gus replied to our queries in a timely fashion. I recommend this studio unit. 🙂

Great property & location. But communication with property managers was not smooth at all. Documentation being requested to provide details of how to get in should have been outlined ahead of time instead of hours before the check-in when you can easily miss the communication while travelling. Cheaper parking is also available around the building. The building itself has some of the highest parking prices around.
