Great family vacation

This was an amazing place to stay in Miami. Penelope was very responsive and reliable and helped us with anything we needed. We had one issue when we arrived the first day, we noticed there was no baby crib or high chair for my son. We requested this when we booked this trip ahead of time. After almost 2 hours, it was delivered to us. Otherwise, everything else was perfect. The rooms were just like the pictures and in the perfect location. The property is beautiful and the resort is everything you’d expect from a 5 star property. Definitely going to stay here again when we come back to Miami!

Beautiful oceanfront and south views. Condo is well maintained with comfortable seating and bedding. Setai amenities can't be topped on South Beach. Mamnagers were very helpful and responsive. Great vacation and would be happy to stay here again.

Setai is a 5 star resort everting was amazing Your crew was not good at all, I text my host fee time and no respond he totally ignore me Unit was a horrible smell on the 2nd day due construction work from the unit above us, my wife got a very severe headache and we couldn’t stay at the unit at all. It was a very strong acid smell that was very dangerous Even the setai building engineer agree with us and ask us to move out for a few hours We really hope you will give us a different unit what didn’t happened And we are still waiting for you to refund us for a complete night stay or all resort fees for all 3 night to compensate us on this horrible situation that we need to find ourselves looking where to go Please contact me for solution.I didn’t like how my host handle this situation at all.

Everything was as expected. Unfortunately, as we prepared to retire on the first evening there was no bedding (sheets/pillow cases) in either bedroom. Same issue with towels in the bathrooms. The matter was promptly rectified by the owner's housekeeping service.

This is our second stay at the Setai and the first time in this unit. The Setai is an excellent property with great pools, beach and service. Unit 2208 is well equipped with everything you need. The layout, furnishings and amenities are great. The view is superb! I would stay in this unit again.
