An optional utilities and service package of EUR 90,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car! Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
